Hazard Analysis-Critical Control Point Training Set for July 16-17 in West Fargo

Dakota Global Food Solutions of Fargo will be holding a Hazard Analysis – Critical Control Point (HACCP) training seminar July 16-17 at the North Dakota Trade Office International Room located in Schollander Pavilion at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo, ND. The seminar is designed to provide HACCP training and certification for meat and food processors and producers as required under USDA and FDA regulatory rules, including the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
