Fred edits and publishes IBNewsmag™ - an online magazine emailed to over 12,000 SMEs throughout the USA, and is president of InterMark3, Inc., an international business development firm, serving companies and organizations to promote international trade.

He is a member of the Mid-America District Export Council (DEC), and twice served as president of the Kansas City International Trade Council and served on its board for over ten years. He was appointed to the U.S. Department of Commerce Industry Trade Advisory Committee for small and minority business (ITAC 9), as an advisor to the US Trade Representative negotiators on free trade agreements. He is a board member of the Pan American Association of KC, and several other organizations.
